So I am thinking about starting to do a Restaurant Review for the local newspaper I work for. Although this is a small town off the top of my head I came up with at least 20 places I could review. There is also the option of visiting the restaurants in the small surrounding townships as well.

I will attempt a trial review next week and also get some photographs of the food I ate and then approach the Editor and see what his reaction is. My background as a chef and also being photographer will obviously help but I know i have a little work to do on my writing. I have been reading up a little on reviews etc and have found this site which give some obvious but good tips.
